A playful exploration of mindfulness in Adlerian play therapy.

Description

Join us in this fun, experiential workshop on integrating mindfulness, self-regulation, attunement with Adlerian play therapy. Many of the children we work with struggle with self-regulation and staying grounded emotionally and relationally. So, in this workshop you will learn play therapy tools to support clients in developing skills for self-regulation, mindfulness and attunement with self and others. We will also practice skills for co-regulating with clients and teaching significant adults in children’s lives to co-regulate with them.
