Exploring Spirituality in Play Therapy
Respectfully address issues related to spirituality in play therapy
Description
Often times during play therapy sessions, the topic of spirituality arises. Children's values, issues of grief and loss, and connection with others are just a few areas of life influenced by spiritual beliefs. Yet this is a topic that is rarely taught or discussed among play therapy practitioners. In this webinar, you will learn how to explore and address a wide variety of topics relating to spirituality and children in play therapy. You should expect to think deeply and have fun in this interactive class as you explore your own spiritual practices/beliefs and learn to respectfully explore the spiritual beliefs of children and families in play therapy. You will learn and practice play therapy interventions as well as discuss conceptualization relating to spirituality and have fun doing it!
