Adlerian Play Therapy Interventions for Preschoolers
Learn Adlerian Play Therapy Interventions for Preschoolers
Description
Do you sometimes feel stuck when developing an Adlerian play therapy treatment plan for preschool children and ask yourself, “But how do I do this?” You are in luck! In this interactive workshop, the presenters will use the foundational framework of the development needs of children ages 3-5 and help you learn to create Adlerian play therapy techniques for Phase III - Gaining Insight and Phase IV - Reorienting/Re-educating. Given the egocentric nature of children in this stage of development and their ability to minimally engage in abstract cognitive processes, we will teach you how to develop creative interventions and activities to help preschool children gain insight into their worldview and learn needed behavioral and emotional skills. Join us for 4 hours of creativity and humor, all grounded in Adlerian play therapy and development.
4 Live Webinar CE Hours. (non-contact)(4 hours on Play Therapy Skills and Methods) This workshop meets APT's definition of "Live Webinar."
