Adlerian Play Therapy Interventions for Elementary Age Children
Learn Adlerian Play Therapy Interventions for Elementary Age Children
Description
Do you sometimes feel stuck when developing an Adlerian play therapy treatment plan and ask yourself, “But how do I do this?” You are in luck! In this interactive workshop, the presenters will lay the foundational framework of the development needs of children ages 6-9 and help you learn to create Adlerian play therapy techniques for Phase III - Gaining Insight and Phase IV - Reorienting/Re-educating. Given this stage of development and the typical concrete way they see themselves, others, and the world, we will help you to develop creative interventions and activities to facilitate elementary age children gaining insight into their worldview and learning emotional, cognitive, and behavioral tools such as anger management, anxiety management, and friendship tools. Join us for 4 hours of creativity and humor, all grounded in Adlerian play therapy and development.
4 Live Webinar CE Hours. (4 hours on Play Therapy Skills and Methods) This workshop meets APT's definition of "Live Webinar."
