In Adlerian play therapy, the therapist can use direct didactic teaching to help the play therapy client move into a healthier way of functioning.  Didactic teaching is used when various therapeutic techniques and concepts are explained to play therapy clients and/or their caregivers. In this class, you will learn how to use didactic teaching to teach play therapy clients a variety of skills and how to custom design your instruction to help them to gain insight and reorient/reeducate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
