Abby Rainey

Abby Rainey is a licensed clinical social worker, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor™, Advanced Certified Adlerian Play Therapist, certified TF-CBT provider, and EMDRIA Certified Therapist based in Midland, Michigan. She is the owner of Common Spring Therapy Group, where she provides trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families using approaches such as Adlerian play therapy, EMDR, and TF-CBT. Abby is passionate about helping children and families heal through the therapeutic powers of play and connection. In addition to her clinical work, she enjoys providing Adlerian play therapy consultation, training, and education to professionals and communities, with a special focus on the importance of play in emotional development, relationships, and mental health.
